Rainy Night in Rothenburg

Automobile lights reflect on the narrow wet street through the City Gate. The fog and rain impart a romantic quality to what in reality was a cold and damp March evening.

This photo was accepted in a juried show "Architecture and History" at The Next Picture Show gallery in Dixon, IL. It was renamed "Brigadoon" for its ethereal quality.
